Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason: non-compliance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.

 

  • Non-text content: some functional images may not feature a descriptive or sufficiently adequate alternative text.
  • Use of color: the transmission of information or visual distinction of certain elements may rely exclusively on the use of color*.
  • Minimum contrast: some texts or interface components may not respect the minimum color contrast ratio**.
  • Non-text contrast: some interactive interface components (such as buttons, form controls, and visual focus indicators) may not feature a color contrast ratio of at least 3:1 across various states (focus, hover, active, etc.)***.
  • Visible focus: some buttons or interactive elements may not feature a sufficiently clear visible indicator when receiving keyboard focus****.

  • Multimedia content and video players: some videos embedded on pages (e.g., in Palio: Beyond the Race) may lack text alternatives or equivalent transcripts.
  • Localization and language labels: attributes or texts (e.g., aria-label) in a language other than the main language of the document may be present, not properly translated or not marked with the appropriate language attribute (lang).
  • PDF documents and attachments: presence of PDF documents (antecedent or not updated) that are not yet fully structured for accessibility.

Non-pertinent findings from automated tools:

During the technical analysis, some incorrect findings emerged from the MAUVE++ automated validator, including:

  • Alleged issues regarding the use of color to convey information or distinguish visual elements that, upon direct visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
  • Alleged color contrast and/or focus visibility issues on elements that, upon direct visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
  • Alleged color contrast and/or focus visibility issues on interactive interface components that, upon direct visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
  • Alleged visible focus issues on buttons or elements that, upon direct visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.

These findings constitute known false positives of the automated tool. They have been appropriately documented and do not represent actual accessibility barriers for users.

These elements were tracked as part of the technical analysis supporting this statement. Any adaptation and resolution measures will be evaluated and planned based on the priorities identified by the company, which confirms its intention to progressively improve website accessibility and ensure an inclusive browsing experience for all users.

Note: The website was built using the WordPress CMS and consequently employs features provided by the installed theme and plugins that require direct intervention on their source code to resolve the issues described above. As these third-party components adopt proprietary development logic, adaptation may not be immediately applicable and will therefore be managed progressively during subsequent code maintenance and development activities.

This statement was prepared on 31/08/2026, based on a technical assessment carried out by third parties, comprising objective and subjective analyses, in accordance with Article 3(1) of EU Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1523 and AgID Guidelines.

The statement was last reviewed on 02/09/2026, in compliance with the recommendation to periodically verify its accuracy, even in the absence of substantial changes.

This statement will be updated at least once a year or in the event of significant changes to the website.
