You will be welcomed by Sveva, the Lady of the Castle, who will guide you through the ancient halls and historic cellars while sharing stories about the estate and its long history. During the visit, you will also discover the wines produced on the property and the traditions behind their production.
The experience then moves to the castle’s kitchen, where your hands-on cooking class begins. Wearing your apron, you will prepare a selection of traditional Tuscan dishes using seasonal ingredients and time-honoured techniques.
Once the cooking is complete, the table is set and you will sit down together to enjoy the meal you have prepared, accompanied by a thoughtful pairing of wines from the estate.
