She cooked our first meal at the house that was fabulous!
She made arrangements for a wine tasting tour and also a cooking class and she drove us to both, I am sure we would not be able to navigate to both places.
I cannot say enough about all of her help for our 10 day stay. We learned so many fascinating things about the Siena area from her and her love for Italy.
To live a real experience in a tuscan Medieval Castle: your driver will pick you up at your accomodaiton and drive to the Castle where the owenr will personally guide you in exploring the property and explain you how she makes wine. Then you will enjoy her wine making the class: you will learn many kinds of home made pasta and will appreciate your "Job" at lunch. You will eat what you have cooked.
During the lunch you will taste her wines pairing food and wine together
It will be a perfect opportunity to get to know a Tuscan family.
