Located in the up and coming Sorrento Coast town of Vico Equense and only 12 km to the historical centre of Sorrento, Vico House is the perfect base from which to explore the stunning postcard townships that lie along the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts.

The House is set high on a hillside, surrounded by rustic Mediterranean architecture and olive groves. The villa itself is located on the upper level of a two-storey residence and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in two double and one twin bedroom.

Upon entry to the property, your sight will be arrested by the 180 degree views of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. The main entrance of the House opens directly onto a bright, colourful and meticulously decorated living and dining room from which you can step straight out onto the expansive alfresco terrace. The cane lounge suite is not only positioned around a natural open fire place, but is arranged so that you can take in the views no matter where you sit. For indoor dining, you have a designer glass dining table for seating up to 6.

The wrap around terrace is the highlight of Vico House and is where you will spend most of your time during the balmy summer months. Offering maximum privacy, this beautiful terrace is furnished with dining table/s, outdoor lounges, sun beds, a table tennis/ping pong table and an open-air Jacuzzi, making it the perfect spot to endure pure relaxation.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bunk bedroom which are showered with natural light and quality furnishings and finishes making the villa an ideal base for a family or group of six. Two of the double bedrooms open out directly onto the wrap around terrace, offering an extension of indoor/outdoor living. The villa has two bathrooms which are located off the two separated sleeping areas, and are equipped with shower, one with a full size bathtub and shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin.

The separate kitchen is located off the living room and is well equipped with all the necessary kitchenware including oven, 5-burner gas cooktop, kettle, toaster, fridge. The kitchen also has direct access to the wrap-around dining terrace.

Vico House enjoys air-conditioning throughout, WiFi, satellite TV and private parking for one vehicle.

It strategically positioned within close proximity to Sorrento historical centre, not to mention the archaeological sites of Pompei and Ercolano, magical Positano. Amalfi and Ravello - which are all day trips from the Villa.

The Villa is approx. 1,5km from local supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. The buzzing town centre of Vico Equense is less than 3km from the villa and boasts an array of fashion outlets, cafes, bars, gelaterias, and the famous ‘pizza a metro’ (one metre pizza) pizzeria.
