What makes this apartment special

Recently restored, this one-bedroom apartment offers a more intimate Palio experience from a higher vantage point. Located on the third floor of the building and served by a lift, it combines ease of access with a sense of privacy and calm above the square.

From here, the view opens out across Piazza del Campo, allowing you to take in the full sweep of the race from above. While the horses are not as close as in lower-floor.

Its position near the starting point of the race places guests at the heart of the preparations, where anticipation builds and the atmosphere becomes palpable in the moments leading up to the start.

The apartment’s elevated position provides a clear, controlled perspective over one of the sharpest sections of the course, making it possible to follow the race as it develops across the piazza.

With space for up to 8 people, this apartment is well suited to smaller groups looking for a refined, comfortable setting and a comprehensive view of the Palio, rather than sheer proximity.

Every Palio experience is different. With our local insight, we can help create an experience that feels truly yours.
