Your pizzaiolo, Giancarlo, arrives at the villa in the late afternoon to prepare the dough and light the oven. As the fire slowly builds, the atmosphere begins to change. Music starts playing, glasses are filled, and the first pizza slides into the oven.
From that moment on, pizzas arrive continuously — one after another. Classic Margherita, seasonal creations, and unexpected combinations, all baked fresh and served straight from the oven.
