While the chef prepares the dishes in the kitchen, the table is set and the wines for the evening are prepared for service. Each course is paired with a carefully selected wine, creating a journey through some of Tuscany’s most celebrated vineyards.
Throughout the dinner, your sommelier will guide you through the pairings, sharing stories about the wines, the territories they come from, and the traditions behind them. In Tuscany, wine is never separated from food — and this evening offers a relaxed way to discover why.

Menu and Wine Selection
Together with the sommelier, you will select both the menu and the wines in advance. This may include renowned Tuscan labels such as Chianti Classico, Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino, Super Tuscans, Rosato di Sangiovese, and selected white wines.
