12th century villa whose characteristic is to have left the atmosphere of the 1500s intact. The ground floor is now inhabited by the noble Tolomei family. You will have the first and second floors for your exclusive use. From the garden you enter the kitchen characterized by an ancient and working fireplace and from here,through other 3 steps, you reach the large dining room with the beautiful wood oven. From the kitchen (7 steps) you reach the main floor characterized by an immense living room with tapestries and frescoes from the 1500s.

BARN (shared space): We love conviviality, which is why we have set up a large and fascinating space as a common place for our guests. In what was the ancient barn, which keeps all its architectural features intact, windows with high beamed ceilings and original terracotta flooring, you’ll find a small equipped gym, a TV room with comfortable sofas and a "games" area with billiards, darts, table tennis, backgammon, chess, cards and an excellent stereo system to listen to your favorite music, all this to let you enjoy the magical atmosphere of the hamlet in full.

PRIMETTA 2 BEDROOMS APARTMENT (1 BATHROOM): It is our home for four guests, surrounded by a large private garden - which is accessed through a gate - equipped with an outdoor lounge, umbrella and dining table. Casa Primetta has a double bedroom and one with two single beds, both equipped with capacious wardrobes, mosquito nets, high wooden ceilings and original Tuscan terracotta floors. The modern and comfortable bathroom is covered in slate with a shower area separated by a tempered glass wall, the sanitary ware is of design. The living room is composed of a suspended, black kitchen block, essential in its forms and at the same time practical and functional. A beautiful fireplace alongside the dining table gives warmth to the environment.

LOGGIATA 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS APARTMENT - 2 BATHROOMS: It is the most spacious colonial house, the Loggiata has three bedrooms: two doubles and one with two single beds, equipped with wardrobes or drawers, mosquito nets, ceilings with exposed beams and original Tuscan terracotta floors. The comfort of the beds and the finishes of the bathrooms are of a high standard. In the living room, a suspended black kitchen block with a strongly contemporary image and a dining area with fireplace.

LOFT 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM (air conditioning) 1 BATHROOM: This small apartment, adjacent to the barn building, is the romantic pearl of Borgo Tolomei. Eclectically furnished, it combines classic with contemporary in a surprising mix. Particularly suitable for a couple, the Granary is divided into two rooms: upon entering, the modern and functional kitchen area alongside a large fireplace. Below, a single large room with high wooden ceilings houses the dining area and lounge, with a double bedroom on the mezzanine. The bathroom, completely covered in slate, is characterized by the design of the sanitary ware and the large mirror, with the shower area separated by a tempered glass wall.

VILLA (6/8 SLEEPS) 2 BATHROOMS + 1 WC: Stunning villa of 1200 century, with a very traditional tuscan kitchen at ground floor, an outside lodge to have lunch and dinner enjoying the private outside area. At first floor 4 bedrooms tre with queen size beds and one with French bed and 3 bathrooms (one of that is without shower).
