This cosy house is a portion of an ancient and restored farm house which belongs to the same family since ages.

It’s right at Siena's door offering amazing views, charming setting and a very spacious living area.

Set on the side of a gentle hill facing Chianti, is completely made of stone and surrounded by a pleasent and well equipped garden.

The house develops over two floors: the ground floor has a spacious living room with table and couches and a well equipped kitchen with direct access to the equipped and private outside area. One bathroom.

On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms ( air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bath tube.

The external hot tub is pure pleasure in all seasons, the house is also equipped with wifi and all modern comforts.

Siena center, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, petrol stations, banks are 5 minutes drive. The highway to Florence, San Gimignano, and the most important cities of art is only 10 min drive.
