A time-machine wine tour! We travel back to see ancient traditions and enjoy good wine. 'Biodynamic agriculture' means to make wine in a totally organic way using horses instead of tractors, using geese instead of herbicides, wine aged in clay jars a real life philosophy. You will visit Bolgheri and Suvereto.
Never thought of finding a place like this: a very small company in the heart of Tuscany, where everything is lived and done as if time had stopped: instead of the tractor they use the horse and the grapes are harvested by hand. The wine aged in amphora like 2000 years ago! I don't know how Francesca found this place but thanks for guiding us to know it!
